At the Seeglück Hotel Forelle, we are committed to quality and regionalism in everything we do. This also applies to our ingredients and products. Our kitchen philosophy is based on a concept that we refer to as R99. We want to make our motto “know what’s inside” tangible to all our guests and employees. After all, we purchase all our food products from suppliers within a 99-kilometre radius, which makes for even more intense moments of indulgence. This number is no coincidence: We want to put the best products our region has to offer on your plate, while still conveying that inimitable Alpine-Adriatic feeling. To do this, we have chosen our suppliers very carefully, and you can taste the passion they put into making their products. We work in harmony with nature at all times and are proud of that. Sustainability and respect for the environment are more than just hollow phrases. We are lucky in that Carinthia offers a vast range of regional products that leaves (almost) no wishes unfulfilled.
