You can hire both normal bikes and e-bikes from us. Simply drop by reception. We will be happy to make an appointment for you. You can then start your tour with the bikes directly from the hotel.

We have a separate room in our garage where you can park your own bikes. The garage is locked at around 19:00 in the evening and unlocked again at around 7:00 in the morning. You are also welcome to charge your e-bike there.

Pets are generally allowed in our hotel. However, they are not allowed on the sunbathing lawn or in the restaurant (hygiene law). However, if you do not want to leave your four-legged friend alone at dinner, we will be happy to set a table for you in the lounge by prior arrangement. Should any unforeseen soiling or damage occur, please inform the hotel staff immediately. Any damage or problems will be professionally repaired by our hotel staff. Any repair and special cleaning costs will be invoiced after consultation with you.

Your four-legged friend can of course swim in the lake. Please use the separate lake access next to our hotel.

We recommend that you bring your own slippers. However, if you have forgotten them, you can get a pair of slippers on request at reception.

On arrival you will find a bath bag with bathrobes and towels in your room. If you need new towels, please ask at reception.

Our house has enough parking spaces for every room. We have a free choice of parking spaces. You do not need to reserve a parking space before arrival.

There are 2 e-car charging stations. 1 device specifically for Tesla vehicles. The 2nd device charges any other vehicle model. You will receive a key at reception for which a deposit will be charged.

You also have free choice of seats on our sunbathing lawn. So you don't need to pre-book anything here either. So make yourself comfortable on one of our deckchairs or on a "daybed" and enjoy your time out by the lake.

No, the daybeds cannot be pre-booked and are freely available to all guests.

Hair shampoo and shower gels are available in the rooms. If you need body lotion or conditioner, simply ask at reception.

There is the MIC Card (Millstätter Inklusiv Card). This is a free guest card that offers you a number of discounts within the Millstättersee region. We will be happy to issue it to you on arrival or during your stay.

If you have booked half board, a table in the restaurant is reserved for your entire stay. In the evening, you will be met by a service employee who will then accompany you to your table. The same table will be reserved for you for your entire stay.

You are welcome to dine a la carte in our restaurant in the evening on request. It is possible to change from bed and breakfast to half board for the entire stay on the day of arrival.

The saunas are switched on daily at around 14:00. If the weather is bad, the saunas will of course open a little earlier.

Reception hours are daily from 7.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. In the high season until 8.30 p.m. If you wish to leave very early, please pay your bill the day before by 8 p.m. at the latest.

We have a small lunch menu from which you are welcome to choose something for the small appetite. We offer this daily between 12:00 and 13:45.

Breakfast starts at 7.30 am until 10.30 am.
Dinner takes place from 18:00 to 20:00. We ask you to be seated in the restaurant by 19:45 at the latest.

Breakfast as a non-hotel guest is generally possible. We only offer dinner or lunch on request.

Smoking is not permitted in the room. You can use our specially equipped areas for this purpose. Of course, smoking is also permitted in all outdoor areas.

We have installed air conditioning in our newly renovated suites.

If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know before you arrive. This makes it easier for our service and kitchen team to make your stay as relaxed as possible.

If you have any special requests (vegetarian or vegan), please also let us know before you arrive. You can also choose from different options on the menu every day.

You can check in in the morning and use the entire hotel facilities (restaurant, wellness area, sunbathing lawn, ...). The rooms are expected to be ready for occupancy between 14:00 and 16:00.

We ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m. at the latest so that they can be prepared for newly arriving guests. You are welcome to use the entire hotel facilities after check-out (wellness area, restaurant, ...).

Should something come up during your time out at the lake, you will find our cancellation conditions in every non-binding offer and in every reservation confirmation. These are as follows:

• 14 days before arrival: Free of charge
• 13 to 10 days before arrival: 40%
• 9 to 4 days before arrival: 70%
• 3 days or more before arrival: 90%

As an alternative solution, we also offer you the option of postponing your stay.

As we are a very old house and our building has been assembled over the years from several parts of the house, you will find steps in almost all areas. Therefore, we do not have 100% barrier-free rooms that are suitable for wheelchair users, for example.

You can pay in cash or by debit/credit card on departure. (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro). Transfers made in advance will be taken into account when the invoice is issued.

Vouchers will also be deducted from the payment amount when the invoice is issued.

As we are in the first row on the lake, we do not have an outdoor pool. You are welcome to use the lake access around the clock.
The indoor pool is open daily from 7.30 am to 7 pm.

The indoor pool is approx. 5 by 10 metres long and has a temperature of approx. 29 degrees.

We generally organise smaller weddings for up to 15 people. Civil wedding ceremonies are possible in our lakeside pavilion. Lunch or dinner is possible as part of the half-board menu. For larger weddings, our house can only be booked exclusively.

There is a mini fridge in the newly renovated rooms, which can be filled on request. Should you require an additional one, please let reception know.
